"Rightsizing" Documentation: Re-vision for the Windows Generation

About the Event

Prateeti Ballal and Eric Weitzel will will present a session on rewriting and redesigning mini and mainframe software documentation for a Windows-based PC environment. As PC-based products increase in popularity and ease of use for novices, the accompanying documentation for these products must also be accessible and have a contemporary look and feel. The session, accepted for presentation at this Year's STC Currents Conference in Atlanta, discusses the process, priorities, and the choices that Prateeti and Eric made on a recent project that involved moving documentation into a windowing environment.

Don't forget your business cards! We collect a business card from each attendee for a drawing to be held in March. The prize is the cost of the registration fee for the Annual conference will be paid for by the Chapter.
