  • The Admiral's Fish & Chips
    Farm raised tilapia coated in our spiced buttermilk and corn flake crumb coating and deep fried. Served with creamy slaw, fries, Old Bay tartar sauce and lemon.
  • Pacific Rim Pasta
    Crispy Garlicky Tofu, snow peas, red peppers, green onion, carrots, and portobello mushrooms tossed with Angel Hair in a soy ginger sauce sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
  • Meatloaf & Brown Gravy
    Ground beef seasoned and massaged into a batch of edible stick to your ribs love. Served with thin sliced onions and savory brown gravy, roasted red potatoes, and chef's vegetables.
  • My Big Fat Greek Chicken
    A large breast of chicken stuffed with Feta, spinach and red onion. Served with roasted red bliss potatoes and a savory sun-dried tomato sauce garnished with chopped Kalamata olives and diced red peppers.

All meals come with hot pretzels, soda, coffee, and tea.

$15 STC members
$10 Current STC WDC chapter volunteers
$25 Nonmembers
$25 Late registration and walk-ins

Admission fees help to offset the costs of our programs. Fees may vary from program to program because of the costs of food and beverages, room rental, and other services. Our attendees pay slightly different fees depending on whether they are members, nonmembers, students, chapter volunteers, or walk-ins. We also sometimes offer a program-only option for programs that are not held in restaurants.

If you are involved in the planning or production of an event, you are entitled to free admission at that event. If you would like to help and thereby qualify for this discount, contact the Events Committee Manager at . Note that we do not accept last-minute volunteers unless we have an unanticipated need for extra help.


To ensure that space is reserved for you, you are strongly encouraged to register and pay by Monday, 3 May.

You may pay by sending a check through the U.S. Mail or by making a secure online payment through our PayPal page using your credit card, debit card, bank account, or by paying money from a funded PayPal account. (Using PayPal allows you to make purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information to us.) We also accept cash or checks at the door.

To cancel a registration, contact the Events Committee Manager as soon as possible. No shows who do not notify us that they need to cancel will be billed.

Advance Reservation Policy

We encourage all attendees to register in advance. If you are unable to register by the deadline, you can still attend the event as a walk-in, at the cost listed under Admission fees.
