Meeting Description
This meeting is required for elected Administrative Council officers and encouraged for committee managers and committee members. We will discuss our plans, events, and initiatives for the coming year.
Four of the six elected Administrative Council officers (President, 1st VP, 2nd VP, Secretary, Treasurer, and Immediate Past President) must be present to create the required quorum for an official chapter administrative meeting.
This is an open meeting. STC members interested in the administrative workings of their chapter are invited to attend.
Agenda
The agenda will include the following general topics (final agenda will be provided at the meeting):
- Review/approve the minutes from the last meeting
- Review action items from the last meeting
- Finance: Budget status
- Vote on all items requiring a vote
- Discuss new business and future meeting plans

The library is located off the Red line on the metro (at the Gallery Place/Chinatown station). Take the exit for 9th Street (also known as Galleries). Cross the street, you'll see the library and entrance. Enter the library and go through the security check. Go around to the right and take the elevators to the 2nd floor. Follow the signs to room 221.
