By Metro:
Take the Red, Blue, or Orange line to the Washington Metro Center station and take the G and 12th Street Exit. As you exit the escalator on 12th Street, turn right and walk north on 12th Street for 371 feet. The Washington Marriott at Metro Center is on your right.

From your starting point: Driving Directions and Map
From Maryland:
via the BW Parkway and Route 50:
Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway South (MD 295) to US 50 West (New York Avenue). Take New York Avenue westbound. Turn left onto 7th Street, NW. Turn right onto E Street, NW and right on to 12th Street, NW. The hotel is ahead on the right.
From Virginia:
via I-66:
Take Interstate 66 East to Washington. Follow I-66 to the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge (US Route 50). Take the Constitution Avenue exit off of the bridge. Follow Constitution and turn left onto 12th Street, NW. The hotel is ahead 4 blocks on the right.
Parking
U-Street Parking, Inc. Lot: On Saturdays ($5 per hour), park in the large open parking lot between 9th and 11th Street / New York Avenue and H Street. The entrance to the lot is at 900 9th Street. You must drive south on 9th Street from New York Avenue or K Street as the entrance is just before you get to I street. The exit from the lot is just past I street to the south.
To find the lot on Google Maps, enter the 775 12th St NW, Washington, DC address. Click on the Satellite button at the top right. Close the Directions window at the left so that the view displays the full screen width. Zoom in and click to move a bit to the right until 7th Street is near the right edge and 12th Street is near the left. You can see the parking lot entrace at 9th and I. Note the white lines that sort of form a funnel pointed to the left. (Note 9th street is one way to the south.) On the Google Maps satellite view, note white squares just to the left of 9th and I which separate the entrance from the exit.
Once entering the parking lot, you can drive straight ahead untill you get to a barrier (white squares) at 10th Street. Drive to the left and there will be parking near 10th and H streets (two relaltively short blocks from the hotel).

Note: Metro trains, although uncrowded, do not operate as frequently before 9 a.m. on Saturdays. The wait time between trains may be 15 minutes.

Where to Buy a SmarTrip Card
You may purchase SmarTrip cards online from the SmarTrip Store. SmarTrip cards are accepted on all Metrobuses, and many local transit systems in northern Virginia and Maryland such as Ride-On and the Fairfax Connector. (See the full list on SmarTrip page.) You may also purchase SmarTrip cards from several CVS and Giant Food stores. See the list at https://www.wmata.com/fares/smartrip/ (Commuter stores in northern Virginia are also listed). Senior SmarTrip cards may be purchased at several libraries and other locations in the metropolitan area. See the list at https://www.wmata.com/fares/reduced.cfm
Standard SmarTrip Farecard
A renewable SmarTrip farecard purchased online has a $20 fare value already on it. The cost for the renewable card is $5. The total charge for this card is $25 online.
Senior and Disabled SmarTrip Farecard
In order to purchase a discounted farecard, Senior citizens (65 and older) and persons with disabilities must have proof of age or a valid Metro Disability ID Card. For information on how to apply, see https://www.wmata.com/service/accessibility/metro-access/eligibility.cfm. Senior citizens 65 years or older with a disability and Medicare card holders with a valid photo ID are not required to apply for the Metro Disability ID card, but may purchase fare by showing proof of age at any Metro Sales location, many public libraries in the District of Columbia, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County, and retail outlets. Applications for the free WMATA Disabled ID card are available from the Office of ADA Programs at 600 Fifth Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20001 or by calling 202-962-1245 or TTY 202-628-8973 or calling 202-962-1558 or TTY 202-962-2033 and requesting an application be mailed to you. A renewable SmarTrip farecard for senior (65 and older) and disabled riders purchased online has a $10 fare value already on it. The cost for the renewable card is $5. The total charge for this card is $15 online.
SmarTrip cards may also be purchased from vending machines in Metro stations but come with a lower initial fare value: $5 for the card with a $5 fare value for a total of $10 for the standard farecard. A separate vending machine allows you to add fare value up to $300 to the card.
