From DC:
Take River Road out of DC to the Capital Beeltway (I-495 North). Move into one of the two left lanes to take the I-270 spur north onto I-270. Once you pass the Democracy Boulevard exits, two lanes (the local lanes) will merge in on the right. Move right into those lanes to take the Montrose Road East exit Exit 4A. Once you are on the exit, stay to the left to take the Tower Oaks Boulevard branch of the exit lane. The exit will take you to a stoplight on Tower Oaks Boulevard. Take a left at that stoplight to go north on Tower Oaks. 2600 Tower Oaks is on the right hand side of Tower Oaks about 1/4 mile from the stoplight. (The Legato sign is on the top of the building.) Take a right into the entrance. To park, see Parking.
From VA and Points West:

Take I-495 East towards the top of the Capital Beltway and Virginia. Take the I-270 North exit to take the I-270 spur north onto I-270. Once on I-270, take the Montrose Road East exit Exit 4A. Parking
From Tower Oaks Boulevard, turn into the entrance and park in the parking spaces in the front of the building or in the parking lot off to the left.
